Over the past two months, the Ethereum Foundation has internally transferred 21,000 ETH to related addresses

According to a report by Jinse Finance, and as monitored by PeckShield, over the past two months, the Ethereum Foundation (#EthereumFoundation #EFDev) has internally transferred 21,000 $ETH to its associated Gnosis Safe Proxy address 0xc061...0B6d. Subsequently, this address transferred 7,000 $ETH to address 0x247B...583c, and within the past 7 hours, 1,210 $ETH from this amount was swapped for 3.5 million $USDC.
