Story appoints its first Chief AI Officer to drive integration of AI and original IP

Odaily Planet Daily reports that Story has officially announced the appointment of Dr. Sandeep as Chief AI Officer, who will be fully responsible for AI strategy development, key project incubation, and ecosystem technology guidance, driving the integration and implementation of AI with Web3 native IP.
Dr. Sandeep is currently a professor at the University of Texas at Austin and holds a PhD in AI and Distributed Systems from Stanford University. His research covers generative AI, robotic systems, and distributed systems. He previously worked as a researcher at NASA and co-founded a startup that was later acquired by VMware, bringing extensive interdisciplinary research and engineering experience.
This appointment coincides with Story’s release of its Chapter 2 development roadmap. Story plans to build foundational infrastructure for real-world data ownership and circulation in the AI era, aiming to capture opportunities in the global IP market, which is valued at up to $70 trillion.
