Tron Inc. Files Mixed Securities Registration with US SEC for Up to $1 Billion
Foresight News reports that, according to documents from the US SEC, Tron Inc. has filed a mixed securities registration statement (Form S-3) for up to $1 billion. This registration grants the company the flexibility to issue common stock, preferred stock, bonds, warrants, and other financial instruments in the future. The specific timing and amount of issuance have not yet been disclosed. Previously, Tron Inc. went public on Nasdaq through a reverse merger with SRM Entertainment.
