Bit Digital subsidiary White Fiber completes IPO, raising $159.4 million
According to a report by Jinse Finance, citing Bloomberg, WhiteFiber, a subsidiary of cryptocurrency asset management firm Bit Digital, completed its initial public offering on August 7. The company issued 9.4 million common shares at $17 per share, reaching the upper limit of the market pricing range, with total funds raised amounting to $159.4 million.
