A pre-mined address containing 49 ETH reactivated after 10.1 years of dormancy

According to Jinse Finance, on-chain data tracking service Whale Alert has detected that at around 3:59 AM (GMT+8), a long-dormant pre-mined address was just activated. The address contains 49 ETH (approximately $237,700), which was worth only $15 back in 2015, making it dormant for 10.1 years.
