Nasdaq submits proposal to US SEC to allow trading of tokenized securities
according to Reuters, Nasdaq has submitted a proposal to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to revise rules to allow securities listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange to be traded in traditional digital or tokenized form.
