Metaplanet plans to raise approximately $1.384 billion overseas for its bitcoin business.
Foresight News: Japanese listed company Metaplanet announced that the new shares issued through overseas fundraising have been priced, with the expected net proceeds from the offering amounting to 204.123 billions yen (approximately 1.384 billions USD). Of this, 183.711 billions yen (approximately 1.246 billions USD) will be used to purchase bitcoin, and 20.412 billions yen (approximately 138 millions USD) will be used for bitcoin yield-generating business.
