BitGo has begun sending emails to FTX creditors confirming the deposit of funds.
Sunil, the representative of FTX creditors, stated that BitGo has started sending emails to creditors who have chosen them as the distribution agent, confirming that the funds have been deposited into the FTX creditors' accounts and the funds will be unlocked at 8 pm Eastern Standard Time on September 30, 2025.
In previous news, FTX announced that on September 30, 2025, approved creditors of convenience and non-convenience plans who have completed the pre-allocation requirements will receive approximately $1.6 billion in the third round of payments. Eligible creditors are expected to receive funds within 1 to 3 business days starting from September 30, 2025, through their chosen distribution service provider.
