Wisconsin introduces "Bitcoin Rights" bill AB471
ChainCatcher news, according to disclosures by Bitcoin_Laws, the state of Wisconsin in the United States has introduced the "Bitcoin Rights" bill: Bill AB471 will exempt individuals and businesses from the requirement to obtain a money transmission license for the following activities:
· Accepting payments
· Using self-custody wallets
· Running nodes
· Developing software
· Staking
