Doubao Large Model 1.6-Vision officially released

Jinse Finance reported that Volcano Engine has officially released Doubao Large Model 1.6-vision, which is the first visual deep thinking model in the Doubao Large Model family with tool-calling capabilities. It possesses stronger general multimodal understanding and reasoning abilities, and supports Responses API, providing a higher cost-performance ratio to better meet customers' advanced needs for visual understanding accuracy. Compared to the previous version, Doubao-1.5-thinking-vision-pro, the overall cost has been reduced by approximately 50%.
