According to ChainCatcher, citing Ember, address "0x65b4" purchased 3,397.7 ETH with 12.635 million USDC on the day of the price drop, at a transaction price of $3,719; today, another 1,000 million USDC was used to purchase 91.5 cbBTC at a transaction price of $109,207. The total of the two transactions is approximately $22.63 million.
