Stellar testnet has been upgraded to Protocol 24, mainnet voting will take place today at 17:00 UTC.
On October 22, according to the official announcement, the Stellar network has completed the testnet upgrade to Protocol 24 today. The mainnet upgrade vote will take place at 17:00 UTC on October 22, 2025. If the vote passes, the upgrade will take effect immediately. Stellar officially urges all users running Stellar infrastructure (including Stellar Core, Horizon, RPC, or Galexie) to install the new version as soon as possible to ensure system compatibility.
