According to ChainCatcher, as monitored by Onchain Lens, the "whale who borrowed 66,000 ETH" has purchased another 23,995 Ethereum from a certain exchange, worth $65.13 million. This whale currently holds 489,694 Ethereum, valued at $1.35 billion.
