ChainCatcher News, according to official sources, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Paul Atkins will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange at 10:15 PM (Beijing time) on December 2 (9:15 AM Eastern Time), and will deliver an important speech titled "Revitalizing the U.S. Capital Markets on the Occasion of the 250th Anniversary" at 11 PM.
In his speech, he will elaborate on his overall vision for strengthening the U.S. capital markets and laying the foundation for the next century, as well as specific measures currently being taken by the SEC.
