According to ChainCatcher, tracking data from @ai_9684xtpa shows that wallet address 0xdEC…4151E has transferred a total of 30,603 ETH to a certain exchange and Galaxy Digital since October 28, with the value at the time of transfer estimated at approximately $70.55 million.
This address has been accumulating ETH since 2017 and has previously interacted with Fengbushi Capital and FBG Capital, suggesting it may be an early institutional or individual whale.
