Blockchain ASIC R&D listed company AGM Group has completed the delivery of a $2 million convertible note issuance
According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on December 20, Globenewswire reported that Nasdaq-listed blockchain ASIC chip development and listing company AGM Group announced the completion of a total of $2 million in convertible note issuance and delivery. The related fundraising transaction was carried out in two rounds, with $1.5 million paid at the first closing, and the remaining $500,000 completed at the second closing on December 18. AGM Group also disclosed that it had previously reached an investment agreement to raise a total of $6 million in three phases through the issuance of convertible notes.
