Solana Foundation Unveils ConnectorKit SDK to Streamline Wallet Connections for Web3 Apps
On December 24, the Solana Foundation unveiled ConnectorKit, a new SDK engineered to streamline wallet connection and management for crypto products. The kit is compatible with web3js and Kit, aiming to reduce integration friction and shorten time-to-market for developers, while offering a scalable solution for growing dApp ecosystems.
ConnectorKit is a headless wallet-connection component that ships with a framework-agnostic client and a library of composable elements, plus ergonomic hooks to simplify onboarding, authorization flows, and session management across platforms.
With the release slated for the near term, the platform is expected to natively integrate Kora and Passkeys, expanding authentication options and strengthening security for Solana-based applications.
