Bitcoin treasury company Genius Group acquires Lighthouse Studios to expand content market
According to TechFlow, on December 24, Globenewswire reported that Genius Group, a bitcoin treasury company listed on NYSE American under the New York Stock Exchange, announced the acquisition of podcast and video production studio Lighthouse Studios. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. The company will expand its content market by developing AI courses, recording and producing podcasts, and social media content. It is reported that Genius Group plans to rename the studio "Genius Studios" in January next year and launch a co-working space called "Genius Café" at the same time.
