The incident was caused by a data center expansion migration, which led to the leakage of some users' wallet information. The team urgently isolated the affected users' assets, but some users continued to use the previous wallet addresses. On December 27th, hackers successfully exploited the leaked data and started transferring assets, resulting in a total loss of approximately $250,000. Compensation claims have now been fully processed.
