Goldman Sachs says regulation will drive a new wave of institutional cryptocurrency adoption
Show original
Goldman Sachs stated that regulatory reform is the biggest catalyst driving institutional adoption of cryptocurrencies. Clear regulations and application scenarios beyond trading are paving the way for deeper institutional participation in digital assets. Crypto infrastructure companies will benefit from ecosystem growth and reduce their reliance on trading cycles. Goldman Sachs also pointed out that market structure legislation in 2026 could drive tokenization, decentralized finance (DeFi), and broader institutional capital inflows.
