CryptoQuant CEO: Bitcoin is unlikely to see a significant drop in this bear market and may trade sideways in the coming months
BlockBeats News, January 8, CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju stated on social media that liquidity channels are now more diversified, so timing capital inflows is meaningless. Institutions that hold bitcoin for the long term have ended the previous whale-retail investor sell-off cycle. Strategy will not sell any significant portion of its 673,000 bitcoins.
Funds are simply flowing into stocks and precious metals. "I don't think bitcoin will see a drop of more than 50% from historical highs as in previous bear markets. In the coming months, it may just move sideways."
