The Smarter Web Company appoints Martin Thomas as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Board
Foresight News reported that London-listed technology company The Smarter Web Company has appointed Martin Thomas as an independent non-executive director to its board.
Since January 2015, Martin Thomas has continuously served as a board member of DEC and is currently a member of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as the Nomination and Governance Committee. He previously also served as a member of the Remuneration Committee.
