The class action lawsuit related to FTX has been dismissed; lawyers received $650,000 in attorney fees, but claimants received no compensation.
According to Odaily, FTX Historian posted on X that a class action lawsuit related to FTX has been withdrawn. Although the claimants did not receive any compensation, the representing lawyers received $650,000. The Ontario Teachers’ Pension Fund had invested $95 million in FTX. The class action accused the fund of failing to conduct proper due diligence on its investment. In addition, former FTX customers in the United States have also initiated similar lawsuits against FTX shareholders.
