"On-chain part-time stock trader" switches to on-chain gold, holdings reach $13 million
PANews reported on January 13 that, according to Coinbob monitoring, the "on-chain part-time stock trader" whale address (0xfc66) has significantly increased its 5x leveraged on-chain gold (PAXG) short position and is still adding to it, making it the largest PAXG short holder. Recently, this address also established 18 stock short positions on Hyperliquid, with larger positions concentrated in ORCL (Oracle), PLTR (Palantir), and AMZN (Amazon). The current main positions are:
- PAXG (on-chain gold) short: position size about $13 million, average price $4,517, unrealized loss about 1.8%;
- XRP short: position size about $13 million, average price $2.056, unrealized profit about 1.5%;
- HYPE short: position size about $5.87 million, average price $24.38, unrealized profit about 9.0%;
It is reported that this address previously focused on on-chain contract operations of crypto assets, but since January 8 this year, it has been continuously reducing its 20x leveraged ETH, BTC, and SOL short positions, with the position size dropping from $45.6 million to $17.6 million. Currently, its total on-chain stock positions amount to about $4 million. The total account position size of this address has reached $53.2 million.
