According to Odaily, Ember Monitoring reported that PENGU rose by 13% today. One address (8BUp...Ktec) received 164 million PENGU from Wintermute one hour ago, and subsequently sold all of it on-chain in exchange for 2.166 million USDC, at a selling price of $0.0132.
