Perpetual DEX Paradex: Platform and vault withdrawal functions have been re-enabled

According to ChainCatcher, the Paradex team stated that on January 19, the technical team promptly identified the issue and will roll back the blockchain state to block 1604710 (UTC 04:27:54). All accounts will be restored to the state prior to database maintenance. The technical team will continue with the rollback operation and will provide further updates in a timely manner via the official Twitter and Discord channels.
