The yield on 40-year Japanese government bonds surpasses 4% for the first time since their introduction in 2007.
According to Odaily, the yield on 10-year Japanese government bonds rose by 3.0 basis points to 2.3%, reaching the highest level since February 1999.
The yield on 20-year Japanese government bonds increased by 4.0 basis points to 3.295%.
The yield on 40-year Japanese government bonds surpassed 4% for the first time since its introduction in 2007.
