Old National Bancorp Announces Fourth-Quarter Financial Results
Old National Bancorp, headquartered in Evansville, Indiana, disclosed its financial performance for the fourth quarter, reporting a net income of $216.6 million.
The institution achieved earnings of $0.55 per share, while adjusted earnings—excluding one-time expenses—reached $0.62 per share.
These results surpassed the expectations of Wall Street analysts, who had predicted an average of $0.59 per share according to a survey by Zacks Investment Research.
During the quarter, the parent company of Old National Bank recorded total revenue of $1.01 billion. However, revenue after deducting interest expenses amounted to $698.6 million, falling short of the $706.8 million anticipated by analysts polled by Zacks.
For the entire year, Old National Bancorp reported a total profit of $669.3 million, or $1.79 per share, with annual revenue reaching $2.55 billion.
