Banner Corp. Announces Fourth-Quarter Earnings
Banner Corp., headquartered in Walla Walla, Washington, revealed a net income of $51.2 million for the fourth quarter.
The company reported earnings of $1.49 per share, with adjusted earnings—excluding one-time expenses—reaching $1.55 per share.
These results exceeded analysts’ expectations, as the consensus from four Zacks Investment Research analysts had projected earnings of $1.46 per share.
During the quarter, the regional banking institution generated $220.2 million in revenue. However, after adjustments, revenue stood at $167.7 million, which was slightly below the $170.3 million anticipated by three analysts surveyed by Zacks.
For the full year, Banner Corp. achieved a profit of $195.4 million, or $5.64 per share, on total revenue of $660.7 million.
Since the start of the year, Banner’s stock price has risen by approximately 6%. As of the close of trading on Wednesday, shares were valued at $66.22, reflecting a decrease of just over 6% over the past year.
