In November 2025, a total of 347,600 international tourists arrived, representing an increase of 26,400 compared to the same month in 2024.

Key Changes by Country

• Arrivals from Australia rose by 9,500
• Visitors from China increased by 7,800
• The United States saw 3,800 more arrivals
• Canada experienced a growth of 1,900 visitors
• The United Kingdom had a decrease of 1,100 arrivals

Overall, November 2025 arrivals reached 93% of the pre-pandemic figure from November 2019, when there were 372,100 overseas visitors.

Visitor Origins

• 39% of visitors came from Australia, up from 36% in November 2019
• 12% arrived from the United States, compared to 11% in 2019
