Web3 infrastructure Saga suffers hacker attack with losses of approximately $7 million, related services have been suspended
Jinse Finance reported that, according to on-chain analyst Specter, Web3 infrastructure Saga suffered a hacker attack resulting in a loss of approximately $7 million, with about $6 million of the funds currently bridged to the Ethereum chain. Saga stated that it is currently investigating the security incident on the SagaEVM chain, which may involve a series of contract deployments, cross-chain activities, and subsequent liquidity withdrawals. SagaEVM operations have been suspended, and a more comprehensive technical analysis report will be released after the repairs are completed.
