BitGo to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange tonight, becoming the first crypto IPO in 2026
According to ChainCatcher, cryptocurrency custody company BitGo Holdings will officially be listed on the New York Stock Exchange on January 22 (Thursday), becoming the first cryptocurrency company to go public in the US in 2026. The stock is priced at $18 per share, higher than the previously announced offering range of $15 to $17 per share, giving it a market capitalization of approximately $2.1 billions. The offering is led by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup.
