Texas Capital Bancshares Reports Strong Fourth-Quarter Results
Texas Capital Bancshares Inc., headquartered in Dallas, announced a net income of $100.7 million for the fourth quarter.
The bank achieved earnings of $2.12 per share, or $2.08 per share after adjusting for one-time items.
These figures surpassed analysts’ expectations, as the consensus from seven analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research had projected earnings of $1.78 per share.
During the quarter, the parent company of Texas Capital Bank generated $504.4 million in total revenue. After accounting for interest expenses, net revenue reached $327.5 million, outperforming the $323.1 million estimate from four Zacks analysts.
For the full year, Texas Capital Bancshares reported a profit of $330.2 million, translating to $6.79 per share, with annual revenue totaling $1.26 billion.
