Investar Holding Corp. Announces Fourth Quarter Financial Results
Investar Holding Corp., headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, revealed on Thursday that it achieved a net profit of $5.9 million for the fourth quarter.
The company reported earnings of 51 cents per share, with adjusted earnings—excluding one-time expenses—rising to 58 cents per share.
During this period, Investar Bank's parent company generated $39 million in total revenue. After accounting for interest expenses, net revenue reached $23.5 million, surpassing analysts' expectations.
