Booz Allen Hamilton Reports Third-Quarter Financial Results
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp., headquartered in McLean, Virginia, announced a net income of $200 million for its fiscal third quarter.
The company’s earnings translated to $1.63 per share, while adjusted earnings—excluding certain one-time items—reached $1.77 per share.
These adjusted results surpassed analyst predictions, as a consensus of eight analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research had anticipated earnings of $1.26 per share.
During the quarter, the defense contractor generated $2.62 billion in revenue, which was below the $2.73 billion forecasted by six Zacks analysts.
Looking ahead, Booz Allen projects its full-year earnings to fall between $5.95 and $6.15 per share, with expected revenue ranging from $11.3 billion to $11.4 billion.
Since the start of the year, Booz Allen’s stock price has climbed 14%. However, over the past year, the shares have declined by 33%.
