ChainCatcher News, according to market sources, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has entered the final consultation phase for the formulation of key cryptocurrency regulations and is soliciting final feedback on 10 regulatory proposals. These proposals aim to apply traditional financial standards to the crypto market, covering a wide range of areas including codes of business conduct, credit purchases of crypto assets, regulatory reporting, asset protection, and the handling of retail collateral.
