WeRide officially announced yesterday that its autonomous minibus Robobus has officially started commercial operations in Leuven, Belgium. Currently, the WeRide minibus is operating as Route 16 for the local public transport company De Lijn, marking the first commercial deployment of autonomous vehicles in the city center with mixed and complex traffic in Europe.
