Research finds that Ethereum "blobs" have intensified network pressure
Show original
CoinWorld reported: After the “Fusaka” upgrade last December, Ethereum encountered difficulties when processing blocks with large amounts of data. This upgrade increased the data capacity for layer 2 networks. Research by MigaLabs shows that blocks containing more data “blobs” are more likely to be dropped, which could threaten network stability. Although the average number of data blocks has decreased, blocks testing the new limits may cause subsequent block failures. Developers are aware of this issue and plan to implement a minor update to improve data processing before further increasing capacity.
