BTC Digital Ltd. and Fog Computing Inc. sign a strategic framework agreement on AI computing infrastructure and liquid-cooled data centers

BTC Digital Ltd. (NASDAQ: BTCT) has reached a strategic partnership with Fog Computing Inc. to jointly develop artificial intelligence computing infrastructure and liquid-cooled data center services. According to the agreement, BTCT will obtain energy-efficient GPU computing power for AI training and deployment, and both parties will also jointly develop technologies focused on cooling optimization and automated operations. In addition, the two companies plan to carry out cooperative marketing to promote the widespread adoption of AI infrastructure.
