Hanmi Financial Corp. Announces Fourth-Quarter Earnings

Hanmi Financial Corp., headquartered in Los Angeles, revealed on Tuesday that it achieved a net income of $21.2 million for the fourth quarter.

The company reported earnings of $0.70 per share for the period.

These results fell slightly short of analysts’ expectations, as a consensus of three analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research had anticipated earnings of $0.71 per share.

During the quarter, Hanmi Financial generated $113.4 million in total revenue. After accounting for interest expenses, net revenue reached $71.2 million, surpassing projections from Wall Street.

For the full year, Hanmi Financial posted a profit of $76.1 million, or $2.51 per share, with total revenue amounting to $270.2 million.
