According to CoinWorld, C1 Fund Inc. (NYSE: CFND) announced that its portfolio company, institutional digital asset custodian BitGo, has successfully completed its initial public offering (IPO), marking the fund's first exit transaction. BitGo is valued at over $2 billion, and this IPO raised $212.8 million, with assets on its platform exceeding $104 billion. Elliot Han, Chief Investment Officer of C1 Fund, stated that this investment aligns with their strategy of supporting late-stage companies and promoting institutional adoption of digital assets.
