Fact Check: Do the Epstein files reveal that Israel has taken control of the Bitcoin network?
Show original
According to a report by Bijie Network: Fact-checking shows that there is a lack of evidence supporting the claim that Israel controls Bitcoin through the Epstein files. There is also no documentation to support the claim that Israel pays 60% of the rewards to Bitcoin core developers. Although Epstein did make donations to MIT (which funded some developers) and made a small indirect investment in Blockstream (but the company later withdrew the investment), there is currently no evidence that Tether or any government controls the Bitcoin network or its price.
