BrightView Holdings Reports First Quarter Financial Results
BrightView Holdings Inc., headquartered in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, announced a net loss of $15.2 million for its fiscal first quarter.
The company reported a loss of $0.26 per share. After adjusting for non-recurring items, the loss narrowed to $0.01 per share.
These figures came in below analysts’ expectations, as a consensus of four analysts polled by Zacks Investment Research had anticipated earnings of $0.01 per share.
Despite the loss, BrightView generated $614.7 million in revenue during the quarter, exceeding the $587.9 million forecasted by three Zacks analysts.
Looking ahead, BrightView projects its annual revenue to fall between $2.67 billion and $2.73 billion.
Since the start of the year, the company’s stock price has climbed nearly 8%. However, by the close of trading on Tuesday, shares were valued at $13.65, reflecting a 12% decline over the past year.
