Phillips 66 Q4 earnings beat expectations, refining division returns to profitability

Gelonghui, February 4th|Refiner Phillips 66 announced its fourth-quarter results for last year, with adjusted earnings per share of $2.47, surpassing analysts’ average expectation of $2.16. Sales increased by 6.9% year-on-year to $36.333 billion, also exceeding analysts’ forecast of $32.061 billion. During the period, the refining segment achieved an adjusted net profit of $542 million, compared to a loss of $759 million in the same period last year.
