Knowles Corp. Announces Fourth Quarter Financial Results

Knowles Corp., headquartered in Itasca, Illinois, revealed a net profit of $21 million for its fourth quarter, according to a report released on Thursday.

The company’s earnings translated to 24 cents per share, while adjusted earnings—excluding certain one-time items—came in at 36 cents per share.

During the quarter, Knowles, a manufacturer specializing in acoustic components like microphones, generated $162.2 million in revenue.

Looking at the full year, the company achieved a total profit of $44.2 million, or 50 cents per share, with annual revenue reaching $593.2 million.

Outlook for the Next Quarter

For the quarter ending in March, Knowles projects earnings per share to fall between 22 and 26 cents. Revenue for this period is anticipated to be in the range of $143 million to $153 million.
