Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms announces relocation of headquarters to the United States and will be renamed Keel Infrastructure
According to Odaily, Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company Bitfarms has announced that it will move its headquarters registration from Canada to the United States and will also change its name to Keel Infrastructure. These changes are subject to approval by shareholders, securities exchanges, and the courts. Keel Infrastructure will be incorporated under the laws of Delaware, and after the change of registration, its common shares will continue to be traded on the updated Nasdaq and Toronto Stock Exchange.
