Jinse Finance reported that, according to L2BEAT data, the current total value locked (TVL) on Ethereum Layer2 has dropped to $31.7 billions, with a 7-day decline of 10.6%. The top five by TVL are: Arbitrum One at $15.52 billions, down 6.8% over 7 days; Base at $10.34 billions, down 7.72% over 7 days; OP Mainnet at $1.77 billions, down 10.1% over 7 days; Lighter at $1.28 billions, down 0.04% over 7 days; and Starknet at $621 millions, down 8.7% over 7 days.
