US Dollar Remains Elevated Compared to the Yen
US Dollar Holds Steady Against Japanese Yen
On Friday, the US dollar showed considerable volatility in its exchange rate with the Japanese yen, hovering near the 156-yen mark. At this stage, a minor correction could be expected, but I am not inclined to purchase yen. Instead, my focus is on acquiring US dollars at more favorable prices.
The ongoing gap in interest rates continues to benefit the United States, which is likely to influence the currency pair's future direction. In my view, this environment still supports a strategy of buying on dips, and I see little reason to go against the prevailing interest rate advantage.
