According to Golden Ten Data, ChainCatcher reports that Thomas Mathews, an analyst at Capital Economics, stated that the S&P 500 index may be supported by technology stocks this year and is expected to rise to 8,000 points by the end of the year. Despite a turbulent start to the year, Mathews pointed out that the earnings outlook for technology companies remains "quite optimistic" and maintains a positive attitude towards the US stock market.
