Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance Announces Q4 Results
Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, headquartered in New York, revealed a net income of $29.2 million for the fourth quarter.
The company reported earnings of $0.18 per share, while adjusted earnings—which exclude one-time charges and stock-based compensation—stood at $0.26 per share.
During the quarter, the real estate investment trust generated $73.3 million in total revenue, with adjusted revenue amounting to $44.1 million.
Looking at the full year, Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance achieved a net profit of $126.7 million, or $0.81 per share, marking a return to profitability. Annual revenue reached $166.7 million.
Since the start of the year, the company’s stock price has risen by 11%. By the close of trading on Tuesday, shares were valued at $10.71, reflecting an 18% increase over the past year.
